The team that shows up at your building

We're a small, focused team of technicians who specialize in smart access system installation and configuration for residential buildings in Chile. When you call us, you talk to the people who actually do the work.

End-to-end, no subcontracting

From the initial site visit to the final resident onboarding, the same team handles every step. We don't hand off work to third parties.

Site Assessment

We evaluate your existing intercom, electrical layout, and building structure to determine the optimal configuration approach before any work begins.

Hardware Installation

We install and connect all physical components — intercom panels, camera modules, access readers — working with your existing electrical infrastructure.

System Configuration

We configure the software, set up the admin panel, create resident accounts, and customize access permissions according to your building's rules.

Resident Onboarding

We walk residents through the mobile app and make sure everyone can access the building before we leave the installation site.

Technical precision, plain language

We're technicians, not salespeople. When we assess your building, we tell you exactly what will work, what won't, and why — in terms that make sense without a technical background.

Honest Assessment

If your building's existing infrastructure has limitations, we tell you upfront. We'd rather scope a project correctly than overpromise and underdeliver.

Clean Installation

We work carefully within your building's existing setup. Cables are routed neatly, surfaces are left clean, and residents barely notice we were there — until they start using the app.

Direct Support Line

After installation, you have direct contact with the technical team. Not a ticket system, not a call center — the same people who installed the system.

What our team works with

Our technicians have hands-on experience across the systems and protocols used in residential building access control.

IP & Network Systems

Configuration of IP-based intercoms, network-connected access readers, and local network setup for building control systems. We handle the networking side so your committee doesn't have to.

Video Integration

Integration of camera modules with intercom systems, video stream configuration, and storage setup. We work with the camera hardware already present or specify compatible additions.

Mobile App Configuration

Setup and configuration of resident-facing mobile applications, including account creation, push notification setup, and remote access permissions for iOS and Android.

Low-Voltage Electrical

Work with existing low-voltage wiring in building intercom and access systems. We adapt configurations to what's already installed rather than replacing functional infrastructure.

Access Control Protocols

Familiarity with common access control protocols and credential formats used in residential building systems across Chile, including legacy systems that need to interface with modern software.

Admin Panel & Software

Configuration of web-based administration dashboards, user management systems, and access log databases. We set up the committee's admin panel and provide initial training on how to use it.

A small team that knows buildings

We're based in Santiago and we work exclusively with residential buildings in Chile. That focus means we understand the specific challenges of Chilean building infrastructure — the aging intercom systems, the electrical layouts, the committee dynamics — in a way that a generic technology company wouldn't.

Our team is small by design. Every building we work with gets direct attention, not a ticket number in a queue. When something needs fixing, the person who answers your call is the same person who installed your system.

What people ask us

Honest answers to the questions we hear most often from building committees and property managers.

Most residential buildings are fully installed and configured within a single day. Larger buildings with multiple access points may take two days. We give you a clear timeline during the site assessment visit before any work is scheduled.
We schedule installation to minimize disruption. There's typically a brief period (usually under an hour) when the main entrance system is offline during the transition. We coordinate the timing with the building committee to choose the least impactful window.
Yes. A significant portion of our work involves buildings with intercom systems that are 10–20 years old. Our site assessment identifies the existing system's specifications and determines the best integration approach. In most cases, we can work with what's there rather than replacing it.
You contact us directly. We diagnose the issue remotely when possible, or schedule an on-site visit when needed. Our goal is to resolve technical issues quickly because we understand that building access is critical infrastructure — residents need it working.
Yes. The systems we configure are designed to scale. Additional access points — secondary entrances, parking gates, service doors — can be added after the initial installation. We assess each addition during a follow-up site visit.
